Shipping policy

All RTS products will ship same day if order is placed by 3:00pm PST.

Please allow 1-3 business days for any other orders to ship. These are printed as orders are placed. 

If your order is returned to Pyramid Printing & Promotional for "insufficient address" or any other reason that is not the fault of Pyramid Printing, your order will be refunded and restocked with a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and route insurance will NOT be refunded.
